Copy of your ID / Drivers / Passport (in colour if possible).
For the Group Risk document, provide information on your listed beneficiaries along with copies of their IDs and/or birth certificates (in colour).
Proof of banking details (preferably on the bank’s letterhead).
SARS tax reference number (a previous IRP5 or on the SARS letterhead).
Proof of education/certificates.
