- 15 days rule:
- if the difference between support end dates is > or = 15 days > consider it as month and apply Monthly Maintenance Renewal SKU;
- if the difference is <15 days > support end date is rounded till one date for both contracts
Here is an example:
- For support renewal till June 21, 2015:
6 sockets * V-VBRPLS-VS-P01AR-00
New support period: June 22, 2014 – June 21, 2015
8 * V-VBRPLS-VS-P01MR-00 (1 socket * 8 months)
New support period: November 1, 2014 – June 21, 2015
