- For customers who have contracts with different support expiration dates – we advise support consolidation:
- By using Annual and Monthly Maintenance Renewal SKUs;
- When consolidation at least one of the contracts must be renewed for a year
- This approach can be beneficial for the customers since:
- it saves their time
- customers receive a single bill per year
- it facilitates control over support expiration period
