Tips and tricks to using Dynamics 365

This topic will cover a few tips and tricks for making Dynamics 365 a natural part of your everyday process. Integrating with email as well as keeping contacts up to date.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1. Open the contact and click Related (Figure 1)
2. Click Marketing Lists (Figure 1)
3. Make sure the view is set to Marketing List Associated View (Figure 2)
4. Click Add Existing Marketing List (Figure 2)
5. Search either F4C or LC and the list of brands will show up (Figure 2)
6. Select all relevant brands (Figure 2)
7. They will then appear in the list associated to the contact (Figure 3)
