Deal Lost

• Should you lose the deal, the below steps shows you how to update the status to “lost”

1. Click on the “lost” icon
2. Add reasons as per below & click on “save”
3. The status of the opportunity will change to “lost” and the deal is now closed
4. You can add notes if you wish to
