- 5. Under the “details” section, enter the Opportunity Description. This will appear on the email notification to the Brand Team when you request the quote, it should ideally include end user & licence requested.
- You also need to complete the details of the request (copy and paste the request received from reseller if easier), the end user name, the Account Manager, and amend stage to ‘quote requested’
