- You will need the MTD no (IBM rnwl quotation no) you will find this on the FD quote.
- You will click on “Place an order against an active renewal quote or special bid renewal quote” either under Passport Advantage order Types for PA customers or under Passport Advantage Express order Types for Express customers.
- Enter Customer Site and Agreement no (or just site no in Express case), BP reseller no and your MTD no, Submit
- A screen will come up with the renewal parts
- Make sure that what is on the screen is on your order
- On renewal orders you cannot increase the qty, you can only decrease. If you do decrease qty remember to click “update shopping cart” at the bottom.
- If you have a part no on your order that is not online, you cannot place this order. We have to then check with the IBM renewals team before we can proceed. All parts must reflect what IBM has on the system.
- If you are happy with everything click “add to cart” or continue – check the address and update (especially the province) if necessary.
- Make sure all is ok, scroll down and add order# IS0…. next to IBM.
- Print out copy of order before submitting.
- Hit submit button and write the confirmation # on your quotation.
