- Click on “Place new license, media or doc pack orders”
- Enter Customer Site and Agreement no (or just site no in Express case) and BP reseller no, Submit
- Type in part no with a comma in between, Add to cart
- Change qty, update shopping cart. If you do not hit the update button your changes will not take effect. Continue
- If you have media change the address to FD CT address. If no media leave as is. Most times you will be asked to update the country. Submit
- Make sure all is ok, scroll down and add order# IS0…. next to IBM.
- Print out copy of order before submitting
- Hit submit button and write the confirmation no on your quotation
