How to manage leads and opportunities in Dynamics 365

This lesson will cover the definitions, rules, and process for managing both leads as well as opportunities within Dynamics 365 from a First Distribution Cloud Sales perspective. Leads are records that are generated as net new partners for FD to onboard and opportunities are records that include end-user deals that need to be closed by the identified partner.
