- Personalise your service
Characteristics that define a relationship must be implemented when speaking to an EPSIDON TECHNOLOGY GROUP customer and includes:
- Having fun – your tone of voice is contagious.
- Recognising a need – provide a future solution.
- Providing securities – ensure them that their request was completed; where applicable, offer a call ID for peace of mind.
- Voice attributes are elements that make your voice recognisable, unique and special. You can use your voice attributes to sound professional, bring a point across and enhance credibility.
