  • Having fun – your tone of voice is contagious.
  • Recognising a need – provide a future solution.
  • Providing securities – ensure them that their request was completed; where applicable, offer a call ID for peace of mind.
  • Voice attributes are elements that make your voice recognisable, unique and special. You can use your voice attributes to sound professional, bring a point across and enhance credibility.
