Syncing an order from CRM to ACCPAC

How to sync an order from CRM to ACCPAC 

Once all Errors have been cleared Click on Sync to Sage300 ERP. 

Put in your SO, if its say’s This one’s OK your SO as not been used and good to go if it says This one is in use please consider using another please use another SO.  

Put in PO number and if it has been used before CRM will still allow you to proceed (as most of companies SO’s Overlaps), please be sure to check that you are not using the same PO number for the same partner.
Once all checks have been done click save.  It will automatically sync to ACCPAC
