If you receive a request from the Account Manager, request the Client Account number from them 

 

On CRM – select DC Super Micro

Pricing is valid for 30 days

Memory and hard drive – Part numbers may change on SKU numbers on config sheets

2. Description- 1st line of Supermicro Quote

4. Vendor Quote Number

6. Details – SKUs copied 
7. End user Country – USD apply for Kenya etc. if for South Africa -apply Roe spot ROE  + 30c  
8. Vendor quote end date and Vendor Quote Expiry date – 2 days before Super micro quote expiry date 
9. Click Next on the right side of the quote 
10. On the configs, you will copy the SKUs from the email that Karen sends and paste them onto the config sheet- must be xlsx 
11. There must be a single price for the entire system not individual pricing on components 
12. Spare kits- are exceptions- component pricing per line 
13. If the part number for skus are too long on the item number, select the material number 
14. Check both Supermicro PL, copy SKUs from the box and search on PL for the shorted SKU number and use that. 
15. New line item – % ass – for assembly
