Integrity
I have integrity when my words and my deeds are equal. I am who I am – no matter where I am or who I am with. To have integrity is to be authentic and genuine. Integrity is not what we do as much as who we are! We admit our shortcomings to ourselves, recognize our strengths, and live who we are.
89% of what people learn comes from visual stimulation
10% from audible stimulation
1% through other senses
So it makes sense that more followers see and hear their leader being consistent in action and words, the greater their consistency and loyalty.
If what I say and what I do are the same, the results are consistent, e.g.:
I say to the employees “Be at work on time.” I arrive at work on time. They will be on time. If, however I arrive at work late, some will be on time and some won’t.
What they hear, they understand. What they see, they believe!
