On some deals customers may ask for special pricing. IBM will then decide and do a Special Bid. They will send us the Special Bid and we will quote according to that. If the customer is happy and places the order follow the below. I have attached a copy of a Special Bid.
- Special bid orders always go under “Place order against active sales quote or special bid sales quote” either under PA or PA Express
- In the first block enter your Special Bid no. Will start with 15….. and submit.
- The Special Bid will come up
- The parts on your order needs to match the Special Bid 100%
