Process

1. Check Reseller Credit
2. Check Delivery Address –
3. Check Cart Config matches Reseller PO and FD quote
4. Check Pricing – Our cost must always be lower than the selling price.

Accpac the purchase order that references the HDS quote number and the standard information you would include in a PO, e.g. value, currency etc.

Please send a copy of the purchase order and the final quote to Africa Sales Ops Africa_SalesOps@hds.com (in copy) for processing also include Vic and Hassim in your email.

Africa Sales Ops will communicate supply and shipment after the order has been processed.

For SA order HDS will arrange shipment and delivery to End User destination and for order outside of South Africa FD need to arrange collection from our European Distribution Centre.
