The CRM Hygiene Score is measured as per the users Sales Plan, where a min average score of 77% needs to be
achieved before commission can be earned. The reports are as follows:

  1. Deals Overdue
  2. Close Date Accuracy/Quote Target Date Moves
  3. Quote to Validate

1) DEALS OVERDUE: Tracks ALL opportunities where the actual date/time has passed the CRM Close By
Date/Time.

Click on the blue triangle to access the report. There will be 3 options to choose from:
On Screen, PDF or Excel.
Click in the circle to choose the format.

When choosing to Export to excel select the XLSX option from the drop down, then click on GO (far right of the
screen) to run the report. These options are the same across all the Hygiene Reports.

Below is an e.g. using the SCREEN option.

2) CLOSE DATE ACCURACY/QUOTE TARGET DATE MOVES:
Tracks CLOSED(Incl Lost & Won) opportunities measuring the accuracy of the Forecast Close Month
(Expected Close Month) versus the Actual Close Month (CRM Quote moved to Acc Pac).

This report has 2 versions:
1.1: Includes tracking notes
1.2: Provides score/ratings

Refer to opportunity 905, rating = 90%. This is due to the Expected Close Date being changed once. Should the date be
changed again the rating will drop to 80% & moves will increase = 2.

3) QUOTE TO VALIDATE: Tracks ALL opportunities where within 48 business hours (excl weekends) of a
Opportunity being IDENTIFIED the opportunity must be VALIDATED in CRM.

Below opportunity = 1 056 was validated 4 days later therefore score = 0.
