- Employees should be subject to 3 performance reviews
- 1st review (January – March 2016) addressing the employee’s performance as well as obtain agreement on Goals and Objectives for the year (by agreeing on the year’s performance measures)
- Score will be assigned per KPI against 100 point total on scoreboard
- Performance Appraisal score submitted to HR Manager
- 2nd review (June- July 2016) – providing feedback on performance (Employee also has opportunity to self-evaluate) progress monitored and when and where necessary action plans developed.
- Final review (December- Jan 2017) final reviews conducted – results used to prepare for remuneration and reward action in Feb and March)
- Appraisal forms permanent career path as well as identify training needs
